BioWatari is a silent ninja. He was a member of the Kage (or 'Dark Wind') organization, a group of ninjas who once worked for Highland. He came to grow loyal to one person within Highland (speculated to be Jillia Blight), and when the organization ceased to work for that person, Watari deserted the Kage, and became hunted by them. Since then he has been on the run, while still doing mercenary work. He also retained the garb of the Kage, covering his mouth and nose with a cloth. He joined the Fire Bringer for a hefty fee, and while working for them he came across Ayame, another member of the Kage. They duelled, and he defeated her, causing her to agree not to try and kill him until after the war. After the war he disappeared, on the run again.
